• Bright Data – used to access publicly available ChatGPT share links

• Your summaries and memory blocks are stored for the duration of your account and according to your plan's retention policy.
• If you delete your account or individual data, it is permanently removed from our system within 60 days.
• Trial accounts may have shorter data retention periods.

• Delete summaries or memory blocks at any time
• Request full account deletion by contacting us at privacy@monrad.co or utilizing the "Delete Account" feature in your settings.

However, no online service can guarantee 100% security, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

Monrad is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect or store data from anyone under this age.
